Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to returned items and pre-dispatch cancellations. Refunds are not applicable in other scenarios. The cost and safety of returning the item are the buyer’s responsibility.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind or no longer want the item.
  • Condition of Return: The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Damage: Refunds are not applicable if the product is damaged due to physical harm or unauthorized modifications.
  • Missing Parts: Refunds are not applicable if any parts of the item are missing.
  • Tampering: Refunds are not applicable if the product has been repaired or tampered with by a third party.
  • Time Frame: The product must be within the 14-day guarantee period. Refunds cannot be processed after this period.
  • Functional Lock: Refunds are not applicable if the item is locked in any way (e.g., password-protected).
  • Warranty Seal: Refunds are not applicable if the warranty seal is broken or missing.

Brand-New Items:

Brand-new items cannot be returned for a refund. For issues, customers must contact the official service center of the manufacturer. The warranty for new items is provided by the manufacturer, and they are responsible for any refunds, repairs, or replacements.

Refund Process:

The refunded amount will be deposited into your bank account within 15 working days. This time frame is the same for pre-dispatch cancellations, whether it’s a partial payment of 5% or full payment of the order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

To Cancel an Order:

Contact our support team via helpline number: [Your Helpline Number] or email: [Your Support Email]. If an order is partially or fully paid, cancellation will result in an automatic refund. The refund will be processed as a payment reversal and can take 10-15 working days depending on bank processing times.

Seller/Vendor Cancellations:

  1. Orders can be canceled before dispatch if the product is unavailable/out of stock or if there’s a price change due to market conditions. Customers will be informed via email and phone.
  2. Orders from shopkeepers/wholesalers/retailers will be canceled without prior notification. This is to maintain our Business-to-Consumer model and ensure that only individual consumers benefit from our prices.
  3. Orders with multiple quantities indicating a bulk purchase will also be rejected automatically.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship through various courier services across Pakistan. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times may extend due to unforeseen conditions like floods, blocked transportation routes, or political instability.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation text message and a confirmation call before shipping. Multiple attempts will be made to reach you. If there is no response, the order will be canceled, and any payment will be refunded. Please refer to the “Refund Policy” section for refund processing time and rules.

Tracking Information:

After order confirmation, you will receive tracking information. Our customer service department is available for tracking queries and updates.

Accurate Shipping Information:

Ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate to avoid delays or returns.

Packaging:

The buyer is not allowed to open the product’s packaging before payment, as it cannot be returned to the courier.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options:

  • Online Payments: We accept payments through various bank accounts.
  • Installments: Installment plans are available for most products.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for customers who prefer not to use online payment methods.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Payments can be made using any bank’s credit or debit card.
  • Partial Payment: Buyers can opt to pay 30% partial payment online and 95% cash on delivery. Full payment in advance is also accepted.
  • High-Value Orders: For orders above 10,000 PKR, full COD is unavailable.
